Nothing unusual about the start to our school year except if you count the usual way we do it. Mavericks, old & new, spent the better part of their first week building bridges, literally and otherwise. Of course we broke a few, a lot actually, but that was the point of the Spaghetti Structures that played so prominent a part in our celebration. But we also built new connections, of our 6’s to Glanford, and of our veteran 7’s & 8’s to these newest Mav’s. Hopefully we have spanned divides and laid the foundations for friendships that will help to keep GMS a great place to come to school.
