First they won the City Championship which, by itself, is a legendary achievement. But, now they’ve one-upped themselves capturing much more prestigious hardware in convincing fashion.  That’s right basketball fans, the Senior Boys Basketball Team returned to the hardcourt to do a little schooling of their own in this year’s GOLDEN EARL BASKETBALL CHALLENGE versus the staff.  This one was a bit of a cake walk as the injury-depleted staff roster mostly took the time to watch the boys race around, launch bombs, and deliver a most lopsided message, 34-20 (But it wasn’t that close).  These guys are quite a team and with a bunch returning next year it looks like the staff may have to run practices if they hope to erase the memory of this year’s game.
