The animals were getting all puffed up at the zoo… If by “animals” you mean humans of the grade 6 vintage, and if by “zoo” you mean the yearly grade 6 instrument zoo where our Rockin’ Rookies choose their instrument for their year in band. The puffing up was much more literal, as the photos in the gallery attest, with inflations to all proportions the order of the afternoon. Mighty blows produced mighty sounds and, inevitably, even mightier smiles, launching a musically marvellous school year.
