We were singing some songs and gettin’ along on a chilly winter – it was even the Solstice – morn as we celebrated our annual PJ’s & Pancakes Day. A huge thank you goes out to The Saanich Lions & The GMS PAC who once again made the morning magical. The Geckos annual Gingerbread Sale and Mr. Pite’s first ever Bookmark Sale managed to raise $1163.00 for the St. Vincent de Paul Society who also took home a truckload of non-perishable food items donated by the Glanford community. All in all, it was a great way to get in the spirit of the season!
